Shop For Me

Don't have a U.S. payment card? No problem. Tell us what you want, send us the link and quantity, and we'll purchase it on your behalf. A deposit of 80% of the item cost is required before purchase. Available through your member dashboard.

Getting Started

How do I get my U.S. shipping address?
Create a YaadBridge account and upload a valid government-issued ID. Once our team verifies and approves your identity, you'll receive your personal U.S. warehouse address by email. This address is yours to use at any U.S. online store.
What ID documents are accepted?
We accept Jamaican National ID, Passport, and Driver's Licence. Upload a clear photo or scan in JPG, PNG, or PDF format (max 5MB).
How long does account verification take?
Most accounts are verified within 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email notification as soon as your ID is reviewed.
Can I open a Business account?
Yes. Business accounts require your Tax Registration Number (TRN). Business accounts are ideal for importers and retailers who regularly ship goods to Jamaica for resale.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping from the USA to Jamaica take?
Air freight typically takes 5–10 business days from when your package arrives at our U.S. warehouse. Ocean freight takes longer and is better suited for bulk or non-urgent shipments. Transit times may vary depending on customs processing.
Can I ship from any U.S. online store?
Yes — any store that ships to a U.S. address. Popular options include Amazon, SHEIN, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, eBay, Fashion Nova, Nike, Adidas, and many more. If a store won't ship to your address, use our Shop For Me service.
Do you deliver island-wide?
Yes, we deliver to all 14 parishes in Jamaica. You can also opt for Kingston office pickup if you prefer to collect in person.
How is my shipping weight calculated?
We charge based on actual weight in pounds. If a package's dimensional weight exceeds its actual weight, the higher value may apply. Our team will advise you if this applies to your shipment.

Customs & Duties

Do I have to pay customs duty?
Items below the applicable de minimis threshold may enter duty-free. Items above the threshold will attract customs charges — these are the customer's responsibility. Our calculator gives you an estimate before you shop.
Do I need to provide an invoice for customs?
Yes. Customers must upload a valid commercial invoice for customs processing. This is the receipt or order confirmation from your online store. You can upload invoices through your member dashboard.
Are there items I cannot ship?
Yes. Certain items are restricted or prohibited — including firearms, illegal substances, hazardous materials, and live animals. See our full Restricted Items list for details.

Rewards & Referrals

How do I earn reward points?
You earn 25 points when you sign up, 5 points per shipment, and 10 points for each friend you refer who creates an account using your referral code. Points are capped at 1,000.
How do I redeem my points?
Every 100 points equals 1 lb of free air freight. Contact our team or request redemption through your dashboard and the discount will be applied to your next invoice.
How do I find my referral code?
Your referral code is displayed in your member dashboard under the Referrals tab. Copy and share your unique link — when a friend signs up using it, you both benefit.

For the safety of our customers and compliance with Jamaican and U.S. customs regulations, the following items cannot be shipped through YaadBridge Express.

Important: Attempting to ship prohibited items may result in seizure by customs, additional charges, account suspension, and possible legal consequences. If you're unsure whether an item is allowed, contact us before ordering.

  • Counterfeit GoodsFake designer items, replica currency, or any item that infringes on intellectual property rights.
  • Live AnimalsAll live animals, insects, reptiles, or birds — regardless of species.
  • Human RemainsAshes, bones, or any biological human material.
  • Pornographic MaterialAny obscene or adult content that violates Jamaican law.
  • Pirated MediaBootleg DVDs, CDs, or any pirated digital content.

Restricted Items (May Require Documentation or Pre-Approval)

  • Prescription MedicationsMay ship with a valid prescription and physician letter. Contact us before ordering.
  • Aerosols & SpraysCertain aerosol products are restricted for air freight. Contact us for guidance.
  • Lithium Batteries (Standalone)Loose or standalone lithium-ion batteries may be restricted. Batteries inside devices (phones, laptops) are generally acceptable.
  • Alcohol & SpiritsAlcoholic beverages are subject to Jamaican import regulations and may require a permit.
  • Tobacco ProductsCigars, cigarettes, and tobacco require import permits and attract duty.
  • Perishable FoodsFresh produce, meats, and dairy products are generally not accepted for shipping.
  • Plants & SeedsRequire a phytosanitary certificate. Contact us prior to shipping.
  • Perfumes & Cologne (Large Quantities)High-quantity perfume shipments may be flagged due to flammable alcohol content.
  • Bulk Cash or CurrencyLarge amounts of cash or monetary instruments may require declaration.
  • Used Clothing (Commercial Quantities)Large bales of second-hand clothing require proper documentation and may attract additional duties.
